Making a claim on your nib policy is as simple as taking a photo of your official provider receipt and uploading it to the nib App. If you haven’t downloaded the nib App yet, it takes just a few minutes to set up and create your password. The most important thing to remember is that your official receipt should include:

The amount charged
Once you’ve uploaded the photo of the receipt and clicked ‘claim now’, you can sit back and relax. We’ll take care of the rest!
