How to check your claims history
- nib App
- Online member account
Log in to the nib App
Select ‘Claims’ from the main navigation menu
You will see the full list of your claims history
Each paid claim will display the following details:
What type of claim it is
When it was claimed
Its current status
Who the claim is for
The charge from the provider and the benefit paid.
Once a claim has been successfully processed, the status will update to either:
Paid to you: the payment has been deposited into your bank account
Paid to provider: the payment has been sent directly to your medical provider.
