If you can't log in, make sure you're entering the unique email address registered to you in your member account and that it's not also registered to another member on your policy. If you're not the policyholder and you haven't added your individual email address, ask the policyholder to add it for you in their member account.

If your nib Rewards account is locked, please contact [email protected] for assistance. Rewards accounts are usually locked for security reasons and we need you to verify your account or recent transactions.

You will need to serve your first 30 days of your nib membership with us first to access your rewards. You won’t have access to Rewards if you have suspended or cancelled your policy or your premiums are not up to date.

Head to nib Rewards and in the top menu select My Account. You can download your voucher from Order History by selecting View Order.

If you're still waiting for the voucher to arrive via email, some email servers can experience delays. Please allow up to 48 hours for delivery. Vouchers will be sent from the email address [email protected]. Check your spam filters to ensure you can receive emails from this address or if required, add it to your safe sender list.

If your voucher is not working, make sure the details have been entered correctly. All enquiries are best directed back to the participating business to find a resolution as to why the voucher is not working.

After the expiry date, your voucher cannot be reissued or refunded.
