Services provided include:
Medical certificates
Prescriptions (including repeats)^
Treatment for common illnesses (such as coughs and colds)
Mental Health Services (excludes provision of a Mental Health Treatment Plan)
Pathology and radiology requests
General medical advice.
^The provision of prescriptions is not guaranteed. It will be based on the information you provide during your consultation and whether the GP deems it to be appropriate for the care of your condition(s). Please note that medications which have high potential for misuse, abuse or addiction (including morphine, hydromorphine, pethidine, methadone, codeine phosphate, oxycodone and anabolic steroids) cannot be prescribed via telehealth.
