Orthopaedic Rehab at Home provides eligible members with the option to receive intensive physiotherapy in the comfort of their home where clinically appropriate* following a total hip or knee replacement to get them mobile as soon as possible.

*The member's treating team will determine whether Orthopaedic Rehab at Home is suitable to facilitate an early discharge from hospital. This will occur where the same level of rehabilitation can be adequately provided in the comfort of the home.

This service allows members who would typically be admitted as hospital inpatients for alcohol withdrawal, detoxification, and support to safely withdraw and detox from alcohol in a home-based setting instead.

Eligibility into the program doesn't guarantee placement in the program. Spaces in this pilot program are limited for now, but we aim to expand availability in the future.
