✓ Overseas emergency medical: Our international plans offer overseas medical expenses cover for up to 12 months after the illness first appears or injury first occurs, if you get sick or injured in Singapore.
✓ Trip cancellation: If you have to cancel your Singapore trip due to specific insured events or similar such as a natural disaster, we may cover your pre-paid, non-refundable costs. Please note that the carrier must have cancelled due to a natural disaster.
✓ Travel delay: Singapore is a busy international hub where delays can occur. If you’re delayed for more than 6 hours, we may cover the cost of reasonable additional accommodation and meals while you wait.
✓ Luggage and personal items: Bags can go missing on multi-leg trips. If your bag is lost, stolen or damaged, we may cover the cost of replacement.

❌ Unlicensed scooter or motorbike riding
❌ Existing medical conditions not approved or disclosed, except automatically covered conditions or specified medical conditions added to the policy
❌ Any medical, hospital, emergency services transport, dental expenses incurred while you’re in Australia.
❌ Changing your mind: If you decide not to travel because you’ve changed your mind.
❌ Unattended Luggage or personal belongings: If your luggage or belongings are stolen while left unattended, or where you’ve not taken reasonable care to look after it.
