What’s not covered

❌ Changing your mind: If you or your partner changes your mind and decide not to travel.

❌ Unattended luggage or personal belongings: We don’t cover bags or belongings that are stolen when left unattended, or in any case where reasonable care has not been taken to look after them.

❌ Travelling to a country or region that is the subject of a ‘Do not travel’ warning issued by the Australian Government (see smartraveller.gov.au).

❌ Reckless behaviour: if you or your partner knowingly and intentionally participates in activities or place yourself in a situation which poses a risk to your personal safety.
