Nourish Baby
We understand that the addition of a child into a family can create pressures and challenges; emotionally, physically and financially and the impact of this is often underestimated. To support our members with the knowledge and tools they need to plan their birth experience and approach to early parenting, nib has launched the Nourish Baby pilot program.
The Nourish Baby program aims to raise awareness around what to expect during the early stages of pregnancy to the first three years of a child’s life through evidence-based education. The program grants a level of flexibility by allowing parents to learn at their own pace.
The program includes:
Pregnancy health and fitness
Antenatal and postnatal pelvic health
Feeding from birth to age three
Emotional health and wellbeing
Parenting and relationships
Baby and toddler growth and development
Sleep and settling from birth to age three
If you have Hospital cover and would like more information about the Nourish Baby program, please contact our Health Facilitation team on 1800 339 219 or email [email protected]
