To support our eligible members with the knowledge and tools they need to plan their birth experience and approach to early parenting, nib has launched the Nourish Baby pilot program. The Nourish Baby program aims to raise awareness around what to expect during the early stages of pregnancy to the first three years of a child’s life through evidence-based education. The program grants a level of flexibility by allowing parents to learn at their own pace. The program is currently being run as a pilot and may therefore only be available on a temporary basis. The program may include:
Pregnancy health and fitness
Antenatal and postnatal pelvic health
Feeding from birth to age three
Emotional health and wellbeing
