The ultimate healthy sweet treat that contains no refined sugar. These beauty bars are full of ingredients to make you glow! Walnuts contain omega 3s which are essential for skin renewal, and the tahini is rich in essential fatty acids which help to maintain healthy skin. Tahini is also a great source of vitamin E which helps reduce the rate of ageing in our cells.

Makes: 8-10 slices

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup dates, pitted and roughly chopped
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp hulled tahini
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
