Going to hospital

If you need to go to hospital, call us and we will confirm what is covered under your policy and the hospitals available in your area.

In an emergency

If you have a serious or life-threatening injury or illness, go to a hospital emergency department, or call the emergency services on 000 for an ambulance.

When it's not an emergency

If you need to see a doctor for a non-life threatening condition you don't need to go to hospital. You can see a GP (doctor) near you or visit a pharmacy for minor illnesses such as coughs, colds and sore throats to get medicines to treat your symptoms.
