Terms and Conditions

By participating in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and represent that you satisfy all of the eligibility requirements below.

PROMOTER

1. The Promoter is nib Travel Insurance Distribution Pty Limited, ABN 40 129 262 175, Governor Macquarie Tower, Level 18, 1 Farrer Place, Sydney, New South Wales, 2000 (Telephone +61 2 8263 0440) (Promoter).

PROMOTION PERIOD

4. The promotion starts at 12.01am (AEST) on 1 May 2026 and ends at 11.59pm (AEST) on 5 June 2026 (Promotion Period). All references to time are local in Sydney, Australia.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

5. This promotion is open to all nib Travel Insurance Distributors who meet the following criteria:

a. are over the age of 18; and

b. who sell at least one nib travel insurance policy during the Promotion Period; and

c. are up to date with all mandatory training during the Promotion Period.

6. This promotion is not open to any employees or family members of nib Travel Insurance Distribution Pty Limited or its related bodies corporate.

PARTICIPANTS BOUND BY CONDITIONS

7. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

HOW TO ENTER

8. Entry is automatic for all individuals who satisfy the eligibility criteria in clauses 5 & 6 above.

9. Each policy sold within the Promotion Period represents one entry into the Promotion. Individuals may have multiple entries in the draw.

LIMITATIONS ON PARTICIPATION

10. Each eligible participant may win only one Prize.

ENTRY VERIFICATION

11. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or engages in fraudulent, misleading or deceptive conduct, or who otherwise acts in breach of these Terms and Conditions.

SELECTION OF WINNERS

12. The selection of each winner, by a chance draw, will take place at Governor Macquarie Tower, Level 18, 1 Farrer Place, Sydney, New South Wales, 2000 at 11:00am (local Sydney time) on Wednesday, 10 June 2026.

13. Major Prize Draw - all eligible entries will be entered into the draw for the Major Prize.

14. Secondary Prize Draws - entries, except for entries by the Major Prize Winners, will be separated into 1 draw for each of the following regions, based on which region the agent operates in:

a. New South Wales and Australian Capital Territory (NSW & ACT)

b. Victoria and Tasmania (VIC & TAS)

c. Queensland (QLD)

d. South Australia and Northern Territory (SA & NT)

e. Western Australia (WA)

15. Eligible participants (as per Clauses 5 & 6) will be drawn at random as follows:

a. Draw 1 - Grand Prize Draw - All eligible participants

i. First two (2) drawn participants will each win 1 x Major Prize listed in Clause 16.

b. Draw 2 - Agents operating in NSW and ACT

i. First four (4) participants drawn will each win 1 x Secondary Prize listed in Clause 16.

c. Draw 3 - Agents operating in VIC and TAS

i. First four (4) participants drawn will each win 1 x Secondary Prize listed in Clause 16.

d. Draw 4 - Agents operating in QLD

i. First four (4) participants drawn will each win 1 x Secondary Prize listed in Clause 16.

e. Draw 5 - Agents operating in SA and NT

i. First four (4) participants drawn will each win 1 x Secondary Prize listed in Clause 16.

f. Draw 6 - Agents operating in WA

i. First four (4) participants drawn will each win 1 x Secondary Prize listed in Clause 16.

PRIZES

16. The Major Prizes are 2 x $2,000 AUD via bank transfer.

The Secondary Prizes are 20 x $300 AUD eGift cards.

Total Prize pool value: $10,000 AUD.

As a condition of winning and taking a Prize, the winner(s) may be required to:

a. take photographs and/or videos of their experience(s) (in accordance with the guidelines provided by the Promoter) while taking their Prize (Materials);

b. provide the Materials to the Promoter when requested and license to the Promoter and to all of its related bodies corporate, a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable license (with the right to sub-license) for the right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish and display such Materials for any purpose in any media, without compensation, restriction on use, attribution or liability. The winner(s) warrant to the Promoter that the Materials provided is his/her original work and that the Materials do not infringe the rights of any third party;

c. agree to indemnify the Promoter against all costs and claims by third parties arising from a breach of the warranty specified above; and

d. consent to any use of the Materials which may otherwise infringe their moral rights pursuant to the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth).

WINNER NOTIFICATION AND PUBLICATION

17. The winners will be notified in writing via email within two (2) days of the draw taking place, and their first initial, surname and postcode published on https://www.nib.com.au/travel-insurance/agents/promotions/cash-blitz; within two (2) days of the draw taking place, for a minimum period of 28 days. The winners may also be notified via telephone.

18. When the Promoter advises the winners they have won a Prize, the particulars of how the Prize is to be delivered or collected will also be advised to the winner.

19. The Promoter will not notify participants of failure to win a Prize.

20. The Promoter will make reasonable efforts to contact Prize winners, however the Promoter is not responsible for contacting the winners by any other method, or for the winners not receiving notification for any reason.

21. Participants are responsible for providing and maintaining correct contact details. Each participant warrants that any details provided with his/her entry are true and accurate, and each participant indemnifies the Promoter against any loss or damage resulting from any breach of this warranty.

SECOND CHANCE DRAW

22. A draw for an unclaimed Prize, if unclaimed after reasonable effort by the Promoter to contact a Prize winner, may take place on 17 July 2026 at the same time of day and place as the original draw, subject to any directions from relevant regulatory authorities.

23. The winner of a previously unclaimed Prize will be notified by email within 2 days from the redraw and their first initial, surname and postcode published on https://www.nib.com.au/travel-insurance/agents/promotions/cash-blitz within 2 days from the redraw.

PRIZE DELIVERY

24. Upon notification of their win, the winner/s must confirm acceptance of their Prize in a reply email. Once received, the Promoter will supply the Prizes to the winners within the next 28-day period as follows:

a. 2 x $2,000 bank transfers delivered electronically to the Major Prize winners' nominated bank account via EFT requisition form.

b. 20 x $300 eGift cards delivered electronically to each Secondary Prize winner's nominated email address.

LIABILITY

25. The Promoter is not responsible for any lost, late, incorrectly entered or misdirected entries.

26. The Promoter is not responsible for any problems, technical malfunction or failure of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, providers, computer equipment, software, email or other communication network or system, including any failure of an entry to be received in whole or in part by the Promoter due to any of the above or on account of other technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet or at any website or telecommunication systems, or any combination of these issues.

27. Participants are advised that tax implications may arise from their prize winnings and they should seek independent financial advice prior to acceptance of that prize.

28. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) or for personal injury which is suffered or sustained, as a result of taking any of the Prizes, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.

CONSENT TO USE ENTRIES

29. By entering the competition, each participant consents to the information that they submit with their entry, including personal details and/or literary response, being entered into a database and the Promoter using this information in any media for future promotional, marketing and publicity purposes (including sending electronic communication) without further reference, payment or other compensation to the participant, subject to applicable privacy and anti‑spam laws, and subject always to the entrant’s right to opt out.

30. All entries are the property of the Promoter.

PRIVACY

CANCEL CLAUSE

32. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a Prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
