Packed with fibre, omegas and protein – this smoothie will keep you full and satisfied throughout the morning and will help to reduce afternoon sugar cravings!

Serves: 1

Ingredients:

  • ½ frozen ripe banana

  • 2 tbsp rolled oats

  • ½ cup frozen berries (optional)

  • 1 serve protein powder

  • 1 medjool dates, pitted

  • 2 tbsp Greek yoghurt

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 cup almond milk

  • 1 ice cube - or as much as you desire

  • Top with fresh berries, coconut, almonds, banana slices

Method:

    Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
