Packed with fibre, omegas and protein – this smoothie will keep you full and satisfied throughout the morning and will help to reduce afternoon sugar cravings!

Serves: 1
Ingredients:
½ frozen ripe banana
2 tbsp rolled oats
½ cup frozen berries (optional)
1 serve protein powder
1 medjool dates, pitted
2 tbsp Greek yoghurt
1 tsp cinnamon
1 cup almond milk
1 ice cube - or as much as you desire
Top with fresh berries, coconut, almonds, banana slices
Method:
1 Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth
2 Top with fresh berries, coconut, almonds, banana slices
