Healthy macadamia blender brownies

This macadamia brownie recipe is healthy and delicious

This easy blender brownie recipe is a perfect treat that the whole family will love. It’s also a healthy and delicious alternative to that 3pm vending machine snack. Enjoy!

Serves: 12

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups macadamia nuts + an additional ¼ cup for decoration

  • ¼ cup hulled tahini

  • ¼ cup maple syrup

  • ½ cup raw cacao powder

  • ¼ cup desiccated coconut

  • ¼ tsp Celtic sea salt

  • ½ tsp vanilla

  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 30g grated 85% dark chocolate + more to decorate

Method:

    Combine all ingredients in blender (minus the ingredients for decoration)

    Spoon mixture into a lined baking dish

  3. 3

    Gently press to flatten evenly

  4. 4

    Decorate with ¼ cup of macadamia nuts and grated 85% dark chocolate

  5. 5

    Place in the freezer for 30 minutes to set
