nib recognised for contribution to the Hunter community

Hunter Business Awards

nib's commitment to the Hunter community has been recognised at the 2016 Hunter Business Awards, taking out the Contribution to the Region category. This award acknowledges the amazing work nib foundation undertakes in supporting our local charity partners.

The award was accepted by nib foundation Chairman, Keith Lynch, and nib Executive Manager, Brendan Mills, at a gala event held at the Newcastle Exhibition & Convention Centre on Friday night.

With roots firmly cemented in the Hunter and our funding commitment for the region in excess of $11 million, we are honoured to have been recognised by the Hunter business community.

We'd like to take this opportunity to thank all of our foundation community partners, both past and present, for their dedication to the significant health and wellbeing initiatives they work to address.

We look forward to continuing our efforts to support local grass-roots community initiatives alongside our nib foundation 2016 Community Grant recipients when they are announced in October.
