Your claims history makes up part of your overall health history, so we’ve made it easy and accessible for you to access your history whenever you need to.
Check your claims history in your member account
Log in to your member account
Select ‘Claims history’ from the drop-down menu
The ‘Recent claims’ section shows claims that you've submitted in the last week through your member account or nib App that are waiting to be processed.
You can search for a specific claim by scrolling further down the page and using the filters to find your claim. Filter by Extras or Hospital, or by date.
Check your claims history in the nib App
Simply open your nib App and go to the ‘Claims’ tab
Tap ‘My claims’ to see your latest claim
For more details, select ‘View all claims’
Claims are listed in chronological order. Tap on a claim to view more detail.
You can view your claims history for a maximum of three years. Please contact us if you wish to enquire about a claim outside this period.
