Changes to nib Company Secretary

nib holdings limited (ASX: NHF) advises that Ms Roslyn Toms (Group Executive - Legal & Chief Risk Officer) has stepped down from her position as Company Secretary effective 1 December 2025.

Her employment will continue for a short transitional period before she leaves the nib Group.

nib’s Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, Mr Ed Close, thanked Ros for her dedication, loyalty, and significant contribution over the past 14 years.

“Ros has played an important role in supporting our business, and we wish her every success for the future,” Mr Close said.

Jordan French will remain as Company Secretary. Mr French was first appointed as a Company Secretary in 2017.
