How to register for Online Services and the nib App

Using Online Services and the nib App are the easiest ways to manage your health cover with us. You can use Online Services or the nib App to claim online, update your personal details, check your remaining benefits, review your claims history and more.

You can also change your level of cover or excess at any time in Online Services.

Register using the nib website

To register for Online Services through the nib website, complete the following steps:

  1. Click on ‘My Account
  2. Once the login page appears, select ‘Register now
  3. Enter your customer number and select ‘Register’

After this, you will be asked to enter your personal details such as surname, date of birth, post code and create a password. If your personal details do not match the information we have listed with your policy you will get an alert to try again. If you have trouble registering, please contact us.

Register using the nib App

  1. Download the nib App from the App Store or Google Play
  2. Once downloaded, open the app and select ‘Login’
  3. Select ‘Register’
  4. Enter your customer number and personal details and select ‘Register’ again
  5. Once this is complete, you will be asked to create a 4-digit pin for easy login in the future.
