Diversity and Inclusion Specialist

“My role as Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Advisor involves a lot of reading, writing and data wrangling. Prior to stepping into this position, I worked with nib in the Contact Centre and then our Knowledge Management team. It is a great reminder that career paths aren’t always linear and that nib is filled with incredible opportunities.”

What wellbeing means to our people

Amber Jackson - Head of Investor Relations

"Health and safety at work to me means feeling empowered to make positive choices about my wellbeing and having a work environment that is safe and well designed, whether that’s while working from home or at the office."

Courtney Dahlstrom - Technical Claims Officer, nib Travel

"During COVID-19, a remote ergonomic assessment taught me how to set myself up for long-term comfort, and how I should be looking after my body to avoid further injury. I no longer feel the effects of my previous injuries whilst working from home."

Monique Vincent - Clinical Advisor, Clinical Strategy & Innovation

"If we are well within nib, the business is able to thrive with a happy, healthy and supported workforce. As a health insurer, having effective wellness initiatives ensures we are practicing what we preach and living our brand."
