We recognise there are many dimensions of diversity and are committed to ensuring our inclusion efforts resonate with our employees and the communities in which we operate. Our pillars of focus have been guided by our people who have shared their stories and experiences for our Diversity and Inclusion Action Plan. These pillars include:

We believe we all have a role to play in reconciliation. We're committed to creating an inclusive and diverse community and work environment in which everyone is treated fairly and with respect, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. In October 2020, we released our first Reflect Reconciliation Action Plan in consultation with Reconciliation Australia.
