Available on iPhone, iPad and Android, the nib app means that making a claim has never been easier. If we have your direct credit details on file, your benefits will be paid straight into your account within five working days. To update your credit details, visit Online Services.

How to claim using the nib app

What you need: Your smartphone and your receipt.

Make sure it’s an official receipt that includes:

  • The provider’s name and contact details
  • The patient’s full name and address
  • The date of appointment
  • The description of service
  • The amount charged

Open the app and tap on the ‘claim now’ button.

Snap your receipt, making sure it’s clear and all the information can be read.

Hit submit and we’ll do the rest!

If we have your direct credit details on file, we’ll pay extras benefits that you’re covered for, like dental and chiro, straight into your bank account within five business days.

Claiming on the go? It’s how private health insurance should be.
