Claim a refund on your OSHC cover

1. Select ‘My Policy’ then select ‘Payments,’ from the dropdown menu  

2. Select ‘Cancel my policy’   

3. Complete the form. All fields are required, which means you must complete every section

4. Attach supporting documents

• When you choose a reason from the menu for your refund request, a list will appear showing the documents you need to provide

• You can attach files by either dragging and dropping them into the provided area or by selecting them from your device

5. Tap ‘Submit’ to finish. You will see a message confirming that your submission was successful.
