How to claim with your member card

Open the nib App
Go to your ‘Account’ section by selecting the top right icon
Select ‘nib card’
For Apple users, you can add this card to your Apple wallet
For Android users, select ‘Use card to claim’
Hold your device against the terminal and your claim will be processed instantly.
Unable to claim using your nib card?
If your card isn’t working, there are a few things you can check in your member account that may identify the problem:
Are you covered for the service you’re trying to claim on?
Have you served your waiting periods?
Have you reached your annual limit for the service?
Are you up to date with paying your premiums?
