Log in to your member account

We support the latest iOS and Android software. If you're having trouble logging in to the nib App, make sure you have downloaded the latest version. For Android users, the nib App is only available on Google Play if your country is set to Australia.

If you didn’t get an email with your verification code: 

• Check to see if you have typed your email address correctly 

• Look in your junk or spam folder 

• Ensure your email isn’t blocking emails from nib.com.au. Add it to your safelist if needed 

• If you are using a work email, check if your IT department is blocking or filtering emails 

• Verify if you’re having issues with other emails, which might indicate a problem with your email provider. 

If your verification code isn’t working: 

• Make sure you have typed it correctly 

• The code will expire after 15 minutes, you must request a new one if it’s been longer than this 

• Don’t close the page or go back 

• Check that your browser isn’t blocking cookies and isn’t in private/incognito mode. You may also need to clear your browsing data.

If you’re not the policyholder, you can still manage your cover as a listed member. To log in, use the email address or phone number registered to you. If you don’t have your own email or phone number on the account, ask the policyholder to add it for you.

Check your browser and system settings if you're having trouble logging in via the website. 

Try using a different browser, such as Chrome, Firefox or Microsoft Edge. Make sure your browser is up to date and that JavaScript is enabled. Plus, check to see if your cookies are enabled in your browser.

The privacy and security of our members is our top priority, and we continue to invest in new technology to ensure greater protection of our member data. The use of One Time Passwords (verification codes) to access your member account is a simpler and more secure way for our members to log in and access their policy information. 

Members no longer need to remember a username and password combination, which not only provides ease of access but ensures greater protection against online malicious activity.
