How to update your bank details
- nib App
- Online member account
Open the nib App and go to your ‘Account’ section by selecting the top right icon
Select ‘Payments'
Choose ‘Update details’
Scroll down to the ‘How nib pays me’ section and select ‘Update details’
Update your bank details to ensure we pay your claims into your preferred account
‘Submit’ to confirm your updated bank details.
