Make a one off payment

Open the nib App and go to your ‘Account’ section by selecting the top right icon

Select ‘Payments’

Select ‘Make one off payment’

Enter the payment amount

Select ‘Pay’

Choose your payment method (either credit card or debit card) and enter card details

Tap 'Pay' to finish.

Log in to your member account

Select ‘My Policy’ from the main navigation then select ‘Payments’ from the drop-down menu

Select ‘Make one-off payment’

Enter the amount you wish to pay

Enter your card details

Once finished, click ‘Pay’

Note down your receipt number for future reference.
