How to change your primary email address

Open the nib App and go to your ‘Account’ section by selecting the top right icon 

Tap your name at the top of the menu 

Select ‘Update details’ 

Select ‘Update login email’ 

Enter your new email address and select ‘Send verification code’ 

Check your new email for the verification code, then enter it in the nib App

Select ‘Confirm’. Your new primary email will now be displayed on the login and security screen in your nib App. 

Log in to your online member account 

Select ‘Account’ at the top of the page 

Enter your new email address and select ‘Send verification code’ 

Check your new email for the verification code, then enter it in the nib App 

Select ‘Confirm’. Your new primary email will now be displayed on the login and security screen in your nib App.
