How to order a new physical card
- nib App
- Online member account
Open the nib App and go to your ‘Account’ section by selecting the top right icon
Below the ‘Payments’ section, select ‘nib card’
Select ‘Order a physical card’
Confirm your address is correct
Select 'Order a physical card’ and your new card will be delivered in 7-14 business days.
