Retirement of Donal O'Dwyer as a Non-Executive Director

nib Group (ASX: NHF) said Donal O’Dwyer will retire as a Non-Executive Director of nib holdings limited, effective at the close of the nib Annual General Meeting, on 6 November 2025. Mr O’Dwyer also retires as a Non-Executive Director of nib health funds limited.

Donal was appointed as a Non-Executive Director of nib holdings limited in March 2016.

“Donal has made a substantial contribution to nib,” said nib Chairman, David Gordon. “He has spent more than 35-years in senior executive and Non-Executive Director roles in the global health industry and has been an outstanding and highly valued nib committee member, over almost a decade on the Board.”

“I thank Donal for his commitment, and we wish him the best for the future.” Donal is a member of the nib Audit Committee, People and Remuneration Committee and the Nominations Committee.

The nib Board is undertaking a director recruitment process and expects to announce a new appointment soon.
