Submit an invoice

Learn how to submit an invoice via the nib Thrive Portal or email.

How to submit an invoice

  1. Log in to the nib Thrive Portal

  2. Select ‘My invoices’ on the main navigation menu  

  3. Select the ‘Quick upload’ button

  4. Select ‘Choose file’ and upload your invoice from your device. The preferred document format is PDF 

  5. Select the check box to confirm that the invoice is reasonable and necessary  

  6. Select ‘Upload’ and a message will display to let you know that the invoice has been successfully uploaded.
