Learn how to manage your contacts in the nib Thrive Portal, including how to give permission to authorise invoices on your behalf.

How to manage and add contacts

  1. Log in to the nib Thrive Portal

  2. Select ‘Contacts’ to access a list of all your contacts, including their relationship role and authorisation status

  3. Select ‘Details’ under ‘Action’ to update a contact’s information. This is also where you can give a person permission to authorise invoices on your behalf

  4. To delete a contact, select ‘Delete’ under ‘Action’ for the corresponding contact

  5. Select ‘Add’ to add a new contact. A pop-up will appear to enter and save their information.
