How to check the status of a claim

  1. Log in to the nib Thrive Portal

  2. Select ‘Dashboard’ on the main navigation menu 

  3. For your most recent invoices, check the 'Latest invoices' section below these details

  4. Alternatively, you can select the ‘Invoices’ box in main navigation menu to view your full invoice history

  5. Select ‘Status’ to check the status of your claim.

Each invoice has a status that shows where it is in the process:

Processed

We have processed the invoice and sent it to the NDIA for claiming 

Paid

We have paid the provider with funding released from the participant’s plan

Draft

The invoice has been received and entered but has not been processed.
