If you are thinking of changing how your NDIS plan is managed or switching to another plan manager, you need to give nib Thrive 14 days notice.
To stop services with nib Thrive, you must reach out to our team directly by calling 1800 999 333.
What happens after you confirm your cancellation
We will update your account and make sure all your outstanding invoices are paid.
You will receive a final email confirming we are no longer your plan manager, along with a final budget statement. We will also make sure your new plan manager can access your plan details.
We may also reach out to you directly and send a short, optional survey for you to share feedback with us.
