Nutrition Connect are giving you and your family the opportunity to join their free online program to help your children get healthier.

Research shows that many children do not meet healthy eating guidelines yet the availability of public services for families seeking help to manage their children's eating habits or weight is limited.

That's why we teamed up with the Hunter Medical Research Institute (HMRI) to support Nutrition Connect, an online nutrition intervention program for parents who want to motivate their children and family to kick-start healthier lifestyle habits in the home.

So how can you get your family involved?

HMRI in their partnership with the University of Newcastle's' Priority Research Centre for Physical Activity and Nutrition (PRCPN) have launched a free 12-week telehealth nutrition program tailored for parents and kids, aged 4 - 11, residing in Australia.

The program allows you to speak to an expert dietitian from the comfort of your own home and gives you access to an extensive range of online nutrition resources, including, free subscriptions to the PCPRN nutrition website, Facebook support groups and weekly nutrition text messages.
