Apply to our 2021 Health Smart Grant
Our 2021 Health Smart Grants are now open!
We’re searching for charities across Australia and New Zealand dedicated to supporting the health and wellbeing of youth and young adults, and who are delivering programs to help address the lifestyle risk and protective factors that contribute to long-term ill health.
It’s also the first time we’re expanding our grants to New Zealand and are looking forward to partnering with charities working hard to get on the front foot of Kiwi health.
We will be accepting EOIs from 1 - 30 June 2021. To submit your EOI, please follow the steps below.
Step 1
Visit the Health Smart Grant page and read the Health Smart Grant Australia Guidelines or New Zealand Guidelines to ensure your project meet the eligibility criteria and is consistent with the funding priorities.
We also encourage you to read nib foundation's Privacy Policy.
Step 2
Download, save and complete the PDF Expression of Interest Form. This form will be released one month prior to EOI’s being accepted and can be partially completed, saved and edited until you are ready to submit.
Step 3
Complete our online submission form by providing your details and uploading your completed EOI form
Step 4
Once submitted, an acknowledgement of receipt will appear on screen, and will also be emailed to the contact person listed in the submission form.
If you have any questions while preparing your EOI, please submit them through our enquiries form. We see a high volume of questions during grant periods, we will do our best to get back to you promptly.
