Hello Sunday Morning recently launched Hello Change—a new digital tool designed to help people better understand their drinking habits and how these relate to their mental health.

Hello Sunday Morning is on a mission to support people in changing their relationship with alcohol, promoting better mental well-being and reducing the health impacts of drinking. Since launching in 2010, it has grown into one of the world’s largest online movements for alcohol behaviour change, with over 150,000 registered members.
With support from nib foundation, Hello Sunday Morning recently launched Hello Change—a new digital tool designed to help people better understand their drinking habits and how these relate to their mental health.
So, what is Hello Change? 
Hello Change is a self-guided cognitive behavioral digital support tool that helps users reflect on their alcohol use and access strategies to make meaningful changes. It combines evidence-based psychological techniques with a user-friendly interface, offering tailored support that adapts to each person’s needs. Whether someone is looking to cut back, take a break, or simply understand their habits better, Hello Change provides a safe and supportive space to do so. 
Described as a “psychologist in your pocket,” Hello Change offers a personalised, non-judgemental experience that helps users manage cravings, navigate relapses, and maintain their wellbeing. It’s designed to be approachable and stigma-free, making it easier for people to take the first step toward change.
This new tool builds on a long-standing partnership between Hello Sunday Morning and nib foundation, which began in 2017. Together, they’ve developed a range of digital supports, opens in a new tab to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing.
With Hello Change now available on the Hello Sunday Morning website, opens in a new tab, more Australians have access to the tools they need to make positive, lasting changes—on their own terms.
