Hello Sunday Morning is on a mission to support people in changing their relationship with alcohol, promoting better mental well-being and reducing the health impacts of drinking. It’s designed to be approachable and stigma-free, making it easier for people to take the first step toward change.

This new tool builds on a long-standing partnership between Hello Sunday Morning and nib foundation, which began in 2017. Together, they’ve developed a range of digital supports, opens in a new tab to empower individuals to take control of their health and wellbeing.

With Hello Change now available on the Hello Sunday Morning website, opens in a new tab, more Australians have access to the tools they need to make positive, lasting changes—on their own terms.
