Direct debit application – cheque or savings account

Pay your premiums by Direct Debit from your bank, building society or credit union cheque or savings account and we’ll give you up to 4% discount off the cost of your premiums. (Discount not available for Ambulance Only cover).

Direct debit application – credit card

Pay your premiums via Direct Debit from your credit card account. Note: This payment option does not attract a discount on your premiums.

Payroll deduction authority

Complete this authority to pay your premiums directly from your employer's payroll. Please check with your employer to determine whether they are prepared to make the deductions on your behalf.

Federal Government Rebate application
