Our Community Grant round will support 10-15 organisations with funding grants of between $5,000 and $50,000 to support grassroots initiatives that focus on tackling key health and wellbeing issues facing vulnerable youth and carers across Australia.
nib foundation Executive Officer, Amy Tribe, said the funding program provides an opportunity for not-for-profit groups to further the good work they do in their local communities.
"We know there are thousands of Aussie charities that are working hard every day to help people live healthier lives, but often they are faced with limited resources to tackle complex social challenges such as poverty, inequity and disadvantage," Ms Tribe said.
"That's where our Community Grant program can help by providing a funding injection to bring new approaches and programs to fruition, or to support the ongoing delivery or expansion of existing successful initiatives," she said.
Applications close 30 April.
