The Well with nib App will no longer be available from 30 June 2023. After this date, members will no longer be able to log in to the Well with nib App.

After 30 June 2023, you may wish to delete the Well with nib App from your phone.

If you had a tracking app or wearable device connected to the Well with nib App, no action is required. You can continue to use your device as normal.

Through the Well with nib App, members could earn points by logging healthy actions which could be used to unlock discounts in nib Rewards. From 30 June 2023, you will no longer be able to earn points via the Well with nib App. All members will maintain access to nib Rewards online or via the nib App.

The nib App will now be your go-to destination to support your health and wellbeing with nib. From here, you can:

• Support everyday health needs with exclusive pricing for GP telehealth, pharmacy delivery and more

• Support your mental health with access to SilverCloud and take proactive steps to manage stress, low mood, anxiety, depression and to improve sleep

• Plus manage your cover, submit a claim, check your Extras limits, download your digital nib card and more.
