Changes to dental benefits at non-First Choice providers
From 1 October 2026, we're changing how dental benefits are paid. If you visit a First Choice network provider, eligible services may continue to be paid as a percentage of your provider's fee. If you visit a non-First Choice provider, you'll receive a set benefit amount instead. Your Extras cover provides value at any Recognised Provider in Australia. You're still covered under the new structure and your overall annual limits and level of cover remain unchanged. Learn more., opens in a new tab
