International visitors: How do I set up my nib account?
Follow these steps once you have your member number
nib member account makes it easy for you to manage and access your nib health cover anytime, anywhere.
Once you have your member number, and are ready to register, simply go to my.nib.com.au/login and complete the following steps:
1 Enter your member number
2 You’ll then be sent an email to verify your details. Click the link in your email to confirm
3 Follow the prompts to enter your details as per your policy documents, select next and then create a password
4 Accept the terms and conditions
To ensure your account is secure, your email and personal details must match the details listed on your policy documents. If you don’t receive an email within a few minutes, get in touch.
Once your account is set up, don’t forget to confirm your personal details, such as your postal address, so we can send out your new member card.
Nominate a bank account to have your claims paid into, and you’re done – it’s that simple.
