If you think it’s time to upgrade or downgrade your cover all you need to do is contact us and we can help you out. We’ll review your current level of health cover, what your health needs are and find the right product for you.
Some things to remember before you change your health cover:
- You may have to serve waiting periods for any new services or increased annual limits as part of your new health cover.
- You get the 30-day cooling off period with your changes, so if you change your mind we’ll refund your full premium if you contact us to cancel within 30 days (and don’t make any claims within that time).
- If you have annual limits on your level of cover, any benefits previously paid under your old cover will be taken into account.
