Cover changes

You can review your level of cover, change your cover and change your excess all by logging in to your member account.

If you’d prefer to talk with someone about your options you can speak to one of our friendly consultants over the phone, just call 13 16 42. We'll review your current level of health cover, what your health needs are and find the right product for you.

If you're an Overseas Student or Overseas Visitor, you'll need to call us to talk about changes such as adding people to your policy.

Some things to remember before you change your health cover:

  • You may have to serve waiting periods for any new services or increased annual limits as part of your new health cover.

  • You have the freedom to change your mind with our 30 day cooling off period. Call us on 13 16 42 within 30 days and we will rewind time and get you back on your previous cover (provided you haven’t made a claim since you made the change).

  • If you have annual limits on your level of cover, any benefits previously paid under your old cover will be taken into account.
