Ready to switch to email?
1. Log in to your member account
Login by entering your mobile number and member number (found on the front of your nib card). Make sure you have your phone handy as a verification code will be sent via text.
2. Add your email address
Once you’ve logged in, add your email address to ‘Personal Details’ in the ‘My Policy’ section. You can even add email addresses for other members on your policy, by simply using the drop-down box.
3. Update your mail preference
Within 'Personal Details', scroll down to 'Preferred method of contact' and opt for email - it's that easy!
