Mark Fitzgibbon – Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director
MBA(UTS), MA(MGSM), ALCA(Charles Sturt University), GAICD
Mark joined nib in October 2002 as Chief Executive Officer. He was previously CEO of both the national and NSW peak industry bodies for licensed clubs. Prior to this, Mark held several CEO positions in local government, including General Manager of Bankstown Council between 1995 and 1999.
Mark is also a director of The Australian Health Insurance Association Ltd and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
Mark is a Director of nib Health Care Services Pty Ltd, 063 465 949 Pty Ltd and nib Servicing Facilities Pty Ltd.
Mark commenced with nib in October 2002 as Chief Executive Officer and was appointed Managing Director of nib holdings limited in May 2007.

Michelle McPherson – Deputy Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer
BBus(Accounting)(UTS), CA, AAICD
Michelle commenced with nib in March 2003 as Chief Financial Officer and was previously employed by Caltex Australia for ten years in a range of financial positions.
Prior to being employed by Caltex Australia, Michelle spent eight years in chartered accounting.

Matt Henderson – Group Executive Corporate & International Business
BSc Honours Degree (Sports Science), University of Gloucester, UK
Matt started with nib in 2008 as Group Channel Manager, responsible for the sales and service distribution to nib’s retail and corporate customers.
In 2011 Matt was appointed as Group Executive Corporate & International Business.
Prior to being employed by nib, Matt has held various General Management roles in Leisure, Health & Fitness and Facility Services in the UK, Sweden and Australia.

Melanie Kneale - Chief Operating and Technology Officer
BBusSc Hons(Cape Town, SA)
Melanie commenced with nib in February 2008 as Chief Operating and Technology Officer. Melanie has extensive experience in the health insurance and health care industries in Australia and overseas including the UK, the USA and South Africa.
Prior to being employed with nib, Melanie held an executive role with health insurer MBF and was a member of the partnership group at management consulting and technology services company, Accenture.
Melanie was born and raised in South Africa, and has a Honours Degree in Business Science from the University of Cape Town with majors in Economics and Industrial Psychology.

Rhod McKensey - Chief Marketing & Business Development Officer
BEc(Accounting) (Sydney). LLB (Sydney).
Rhod started with nib in 2005 as Business Intelligence Manager. In 2007 he was appointed as nib's Invent Manager to drive strategic and innovation projects.
In 2008 Rhod was appointed as Chief Marketing and Business Development Officer.
Prior to being employed by nib, Rhod spent five years as a Senior Project Manager for McKinsey & Company.
