This service is available for most smartphones such as Apple, HTC, Nokia, Samsung, etc (phones based on the Apple, Google Android and Windows Mobile operating systems). Upload or fax in your Online Claiming Receipts
For greater convenience and to get your claims processed faster, nib now accepts scanned and faxed receipts when you make an online claim. Simply complete your claim online and you will be asked how you would like to submit your receipts to us at the end of the process.
