To add your Direct Debit details to your policy, simply login or register for Online Services and follow the steps under the 'Payments & Bank Accounts' section. Alternatively, you can call us on 13 14 63 between 8am and 8:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am to 1pm Saturdays (AEST/AEDT), or complete a Direct Debit form and send it to us.
