Harold has been a non executive director of nib holdings limited since its listing in November 2007. He has over 23 years experience in the insurance and financial services industry with particular expertise in the transition of private companies to a listed environment. Harold has a masters degree in Economics, is a chartered accountant and a chartered company secretary. Prior to joining the nib board he was CFO of Promina Group.
