nib Loyalty Bonus

The nib Loyalty Bonus is an ongoing reward for being an nib customer. It lets you continue to claim benefits for Extras services, after you've reached your annual limits. So it can further reduce the cost of your health care.

Any active nib customer with selected Hospital and Extras cover will get the nib Loyalty Bonus - as long as you've been a customer for 12 months or longer. And the best bit is, when you join a selected Hospital and Extras cover you'll automatically earn your nib Loyalty Bonus on your nib Loyalty Bonus Anniversary Date.

Once you've reached your annual benefit limit on any of the everyday Extras services* (such as Dental, Optical, Physiotherapy, Natural Therapies), you can use your nib Loyalty Bonus to make additional claims on Extras in a calendar year up to your available Loyalty Bonus amount. Normal waiting periods and limitations for Extras cover apply.

*Does not include those benefits where a service limit applies - for example, one hearing aid every five years cannot be exceeded using your nib Loyalty Bonus. Check your annual benefit limits for your cover.

The amount of nib Loyalty Bonus you will receive per year is based on your level of nib Health Cover.

Any nib Loyalty Bonus 'dollars' you don't use will be rolled over to the next year, and will accumulate up to the maximum amount for your level of nib Health Cover.
