It is important to understand that you must have verified your details to have received your nib shares. If you have not yet verified your details, you can verify your details by:
- Calling nib on 1300 664 316; or
- Completing the 'Verification of Details Form' which was previously included with your Explanatory Statement and Sale Facility Election Form and return it in the reply paid envelope or delivering it in person to any nib Retail Centre.
