About Your NIB Membership Card

Please check that all personal details on your card are correct - let us know if they're not.

Your card can be used for NIB Point of Service claiming and for making payments at Australia Post offices.

• If you have any questions about your card and its use please call NIB.

Additional NIB membership cards

An NIB membership card will be given to both you and your partner (for couples and family memberships). You can request additional cards for anyone listed on your membership who is over 18 and/or living at another address.

And if you lose your NIB membership card

Just call us on 13 14 63 or email us and we'll arrange for a new card to be sent to you. Or you can order your own by using NIB Online Member Services.
